Private Recovery Coaching is a non-clinical coaching and psychoeducational service.
It is not:
Sessions do not involve intentionally revisiting or processing traumatic memories.
Recovery coaching can complement professional treatment but does not replace it. Where your needs fall outside the scope of the service, you may be encouraged to seek assistance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
This service is not appropriate for an immediate crisis.
If you are experiencing severe intoxication or withdrawal, psychosis, mania, suicidal thoughts, an immediate risk of harm or another medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service in your current location.
Do not wait for a coaching appointment or email response during an emergency.
You do not need to have everything resolved before asking for support.
A Recovery Strategy Session can help you understand where you are, identify what may be placing your recovery at risk and decide what type of support would be most useful.
